Attention fans Sonic! The blue hedgehog has news soon! And “Sonic Origins Plus”a new title that adds more classic games to SEGA’s mascot collection, originally released in 2022.

Announcement of the improved version of “Sonic Origins” created by SEGA this Thursday (23) and this new title will feature another 12 classic blue hedgehog games, all originally released on the Game Gear, SEGA’s portable console, now added 16 games in complete collection.

moreover, “Sonic Origins Plus” added the character Amy as playable in games already in the collection, in addition to the option to play with Knuckles in the “Sonic CD” game.
New modes will also be available:
- Classic Mode: Experience the multi-game collection of iconic Sonic titles in their retro form with classic challenges.
- Birthday Mode: Supports full screen option and unlimited lives to keep the fun going without Game Over.
“Sonic Origins Plus” will be released, as the full game and expansion pack, on June 23, Sonic’s birthday. The full game, including the base game, will cost US$39.99, while the expansion pack alone, for those who already own Sonic Origins, will cost US$9.99. Its true value has not yet been revealed.
