The Hollywood writers’ strike has affected other Marvel projects. Apart from delaying the shooting of the feature film “Sword”the studio had to stop production on the film “Lightning”. This news was revealed on Friday (26/5) through the Deadline website.
The cast of “Thunderbolts” has been informed that filming has been postponed. They are scheduled to start in three weeks in Atlanta, in the United States. The announced cast includes bigwigs such as Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Valentina Allegra de Fontaine) Port of David (Red Guard), Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost), Sebastian Stan (James “Bucky” Barnes/The Winter Soldier), Wyatt Russell (John Walker/US Agent), Olga Kurylenko (Coach) and Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova).

Keep in mind that Marvel changed screenwriters “Lightning” in March. Variety reported that the first screenwriter announced, Eric Pearson (from “Black Widow”), replaced by Lee Sungjin (from the series “Treta”).
