Teaser released for the film about Hypgnosis, the world’s most famous record cover editor

Behold, we finally have a very well-told story about one of the most famous album cover publishers in the world, Hypgnosis. In a movie called “Squaring the Circle – The Story of Hypnosis”Director Anthony Corbin reveals never-before-seen details about the spelling of the most iconic albums of all time, such as “Dark Side of the Moon”, “Saucer Full of Secrets” and “Beast” Do Pink Floyd; in addition to “House of Holes” and “Physical Graffiti”Do Led Zeppelins; and even “Tomato”Do Yes.

Not expected to arrive Brazil (for now!), ticket sales on United States of America will begin on June 7 via the Squarering the Circle website. However, there is still no exact date for when the film will hit the big screen.

Hypgnosis

The group – named after graffiti – became known worldwide in 1973, when they made album covers “Dark side of the moon”. The cover with prism is one of the most iconic pieces in the record industry. The following year, the third member of the group would enter, Peter Christopherson. As a trio, he, Storm Thorgerson and Aubrey Powell working with rock giants like Yes, Black Sabbath, Genesis and Led Zeppelin.
